This week is just not my week. Different emotions built up in my head, mixing with constant ED urges. Ever since school ended, I have been feeling hollow on the inside. I feel like without a proper agenda, I couldn’t live my day to its fullest. It sounds odd but I miss seeing my teachers on Zoom and stressing over homework deadlines. Amid the situation, I am utterly lost as I start to neglect my usual self. There are just so many things that hold me back. All at once. I created a list of things to let go of and I encourage you to do the same. 

  • Fear of failure

  • Constant self-doubt

  • Living to others’ expectations

  • Need for validations

  • Holding onto control

This challenge will help you to live free of anxieties. Everyone wants to be happy. But not every one of us is achieving it.

It’s not that we are deliberately blocking happiness from getting into our life but some of our habits and choices are restraining us from being happy.

“Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.”

Life can be beautiful or ugly; how you want it, the choice is yours. Many of us tend to make things way more complicated than they really are. If only we could embrace our life and live it in a simple way, we could be happier than we are now.
